I am trying to cancel our account but it is now suspended - our suspended account should have been cancelled months ago, as we have not been using Jotform for the last 12 months - please help us cancel our account to avoid future invoices

Hi William,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support and for your patience. I just heard from our Relevant Team that, unfortunately, they can't re-instate your account yet due to an ongoing dispute and that you need to contact your issuing bank to lift it.

I'm Kenny (William hasn't worked for the company for over a year; that's why you're dealing with me)
We've disputed the JotfForm charges with the bank - the bank has instructed us to cancel our JotForm account
I am unable to log in to our account in order to cancel our account

Hi Kenny,
Thanks for that additional information. At this time, since you have already confirmed that the bank has disputed the charges, your account subscription has since been canceled. Thus it will no longer renew automatically from here on out. It would automatically downgrade at the end of its current billing cycle.
If that is all you wished to accomplish, then no further action is needed from you.
However, if you needed to get your account reinstated, we would have you follow a separate process for that.
So let me know how you'd like to proceed from here.
