Hey there, I want to recall the answer from the beginning of a form to input into a heading for a page that I ask for later in the form. Example below...

    ---------

    On page 1:

Question 1: What is your chosen product?

    Answer 1: Laptop

    ---------

On the next page (e.g., page 2):

Heading: "Laptop will be bought with the price of XX dollars."

    ___

In this example, the "Laptop" is conditional based on the user's answer to question 1. How do I make that happen?

    Hi Rhesa,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. It's possible to pass the answer from the previous field to the the next field. Let me walk you through it:

    1. In Form Builder, select the source field and click on the Gear icon.
    2. Under the Advanced tab, scroll down to Field Details, then click on it.
    3. Copy the Unique Name.

    4. Now, paste the Unique Name to the label of the target field. Recall response data from beginning of form to use in a later headings? Image 2 Screenshot 51

Thanks for your reply. I have tried that as there is a similar thread discussing this prior, but what I want is to have that pasted as part of the heading sentence(s) inside the particular page, before the label for each of the questions. Is it possible to do this here?

    Hi Rhesa,

Not sure I’ve got the full picture, can you explain what you want to do with the heading sentence again? If you're working on this form, on which part of the page two you want to pass the value? You also mentioned condition, are you referring to the conditional logic? If so, what's the condition that you would like to apply?

Once we hear back from you, we'll be able to move forward with a solution.
