In my app I sell food. For example I have a burger as a product with drop down options to alter the toppings. But I use a chart from the products to determine how many to make. But it does not show that options for toppings are changed unless I look at each individual order. Can this be option for the chart? Instead it just says how many burgers total but not the ones with changes to toppings
hope I am explaining clear

Hi Roni,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Let me help you with that:
Currently, the chart in the app shows the total quantity of a product (like burgers) but does not break down the variations based on dropdown options such as toppings. Unfortunately, there is no built-in option to display dropdown selections as separate items in the chart to reflect the different topping choices directly.
To track the variations in toppings separately, you would need to review each individual order where the toppings are selected. This is the way to see the detailed breakdown of product options at this time.
If you want, you can consider creating separate product entries for each topping variation to have them show individually in the chart, but this might require manual setup depending on your product list.
Let us know if you want guidance on how to set this up or if you have any other questions.
Give it a try and let us know how it goes.

Hi Roni,
Currently, the App Charts feature only counts the main product and does not separate variations from dropdown options. That’s why you only see the total number of burgers and not the breakdown of each topping selection. Here are workarounds you can try:
- Separate product entries, instead of using dropdown options, create each topping variation as a separate product in the Product List. This way, each variation will appear individually in the chart.
- Submission tables filtering, where you use Jotform Tables to review orders and filter or group by the toppings field. While this won’t reflect in the chart directly, it will give you an organized breakdown of toppings ordered. Check out our guide on How to Filter Entries in Jotform Tables to learn more.
- Third-party tools, where you export your submission data to Google Sheets or Excel and build custom charts that display each topping variation as its own item. For a full breakdown of how to do it, head over to our guide on How to Integrate Jotform With Google Sheets.
While that feature isn’t available in Jotform right now, I’ve sent your request to our Developers for review. When or if it gets developed will depend on their current workload, how possible it is, and how much demand there is from other users. If/when we have any updates, we’ll follow up here and keep you posted.
