Can I make a 2 column multiple choice? I need to have a column in my form that is for coat sizes such as 4T, 5-6, 7-8Small and another column where someone could type in a number (as in how many of that size coat they want). This is my form now but I'm uploading a shot that will show you why I need the two columns. I don't know where but I will need a total for each form.

Hi Mabyn,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Instead of the Number field, I suggest using the Input Table and set the Input Type to Numeric Textbox. After this, you need to set up the Update/Calculate Field condition to get the total number. Let me walk you through setting that up:
- In Form Builder, click on Add Element on the left side of the page and select Input Table from the Basic tab.
- Click on the Gear icon of the Input Table and enter your preferred Field Label from the General tab.
- Select Top as the Label Alignment.
- From the Fields tab, select Numeric Textbox as the Input Type.
- Enter the sizes in Rows and enter your preferred Columns.
Here's the result:
Let's now set up an Update/Calculate Field condition:
- In Form Builder, click on Settings on the orange navigation bar at the top of the page.
- Select Conditions from the left side window and select Update/Calculate Field.
- Set up the condition like the one below and click on Save at the bottom of the page.
Check out my screencast below on how to set this up:
Reach out again if you need any other help.
