We have created a form and published it. However, every time someone completes the form and submits it, they receive an error, saying "Not Available". Even though that error is displayed, we do receive the forms. What can you do to fix this so that we don't get double submissions.

Hi Lconnect,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Let me help you with that:
It appears that the "Not Available" error message shows after form submission, but the submissions are still received. This issue may be related to how the form or its thank you page is configured, potentially causing the form to attempt a resubmission or display an error despite successful submission.
Here’s how to address this to prevent double submissions and fix the error:
- Check the Thank You Page Settings: Ensure your form's thank you page is properly set up to display a confirmation message or redirect to a URL without errors.
- Disable Auto-Resubmission: Sometimes, browser or form settings can cause resubmission attempts. Make sure there are no custom scripts or integrations that might trigger this.
- Clear Form Cache: Clearing the form cache can resolve unexpected errors. You can do this from your Jotform account settings.
- Review Integrations: If your form is integrated with third-party apps, check that these connections are working correctly and not causing errors.
If the issue persists after these steps, please provide the form URL or ID so we can investigate further.
Give it a try and let us know how it goes.

Hi Lconnect,
If you don't have a visible thank you page set up, your form might be using the default thank you message. Changing the thank you page settings will not change the link to your form itself. Instead, it controls what your users see after they submit the form.
You can set a custom thank you message or redirect users to a specific URL after submission without affecting the form link. This can help prevent the "Not Available" error and avoid confusion for your users.
Let me know if you need guidance on how to set up or change the thank you page.

Hi Lconnect,
Can you send us the link to the form that you're having issues with?
After we hear back from you, we'll be able to move forward with this.
