Good Morning, we have a jotform table that our team use for ordering parts. It doesn't seem to be a live feed, as another team member accidentally ordered parts as well as myself (table wasn't up to date)
Is there a way to fix this issue? i.e increase refresh rate?
Thanks,

Hi Anna,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Let me help you with that:
Jotform Tables do not have a live feed with an adjustable refresh rate. The data in the table updates when submissions are received, but it may not instantly reflect changes made by other users if they are working simultaneously. This can sometimes lead to duplicate orders if multiple team members are accessing and ordering from the table at the same time.
To minimize this issue, you can consider the following approaches:
Encourage team members to refresh the table manually before placing orders to ensure they see the latest data.
Use form submission notifications or approvals to control and verify orders before processing.
Consider using Jotform's workflows or integrations to automate order management and reduce manual errors.
Unfortunately, there is no way to increase the refresh rate or make the table a real-time live feed.
Give it a try and let us know how it goes.

It still seems to be a problem - we have 4 team members total in the spreadsheet, the other 3 can always see each other (like when editing cells). Its just the one team member that cannot see anything

Hi Anna,
Since this is only happening to 1 member, can you have this member try to clear his browser cache or try another browser? If the same thing happens again, we'll investigate it more to see if we can figure out what's going on.
Give it a try and let us know how it goes.
