Hello,
I need to find a way to send a contract that has pre-fillable forms, that the customer can't edit. Is that possible?

Hi Spencer,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Let me help you with that:
You can send a contract with pre-fillable forms that your customers cannot edit by using Jotform's Manual Prefill feature. Here's how to do it:
- Go to the Form Builder and open your form.
- Navigate to the Publish tab and select the Prefill tab from the left menu.
- Click on Manual Prefill and then click on Add a New Prefill.
- Fill in the fields you want to prepopulate with data that your customers should not edit.
- Create the prefill and save it with a label, such as the customer's name.
- Manage the prefilled items by sending invitations or copying the prefilled URLs.
- Change the permission for the invited users from "Can Edit" to "Read Only" so that they cannot modify the prefilled data.
This way, your customers will receive the contract with the prefilled information but will not be able to edit those fields.
If you want to learn more, you can check out the page on Pre-populate Form Fields with Jotform Prefill.
Give it a try and let us know how it goes.

- Click on Conditions on the left side of the screen.
- Select the Enable/Require/Mask Field condition.
- Set the conditions like you see below and click on the Save button.
Now, we will show you how to set up a manual prefill:
- In Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar at the top of the screen, click on Publish.
- Click on Prefill on the left side of the screen.
- Next, click on the +Add a new prefill button and fill out the fields.
- Then, click on the Create or Send Invitation button.
