I am endeavoring to take pictures of checks using a form.
However the quality is poor.
Is there a way to increase the quality? CSS code?

Hi deJonathan,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Regarding your question about increasing the quality of photos taken using the Take Photo widget in your form, unfortunately, the widget itself does not have built-in settings to directly increase photo resolution or quality through CSS or other form settings.
Photo quality is primarily determined by the camera hardware of the device being used and the browser or app's camera access capabilities. But, here are some tips that might help improve the photo quality:
- Ensure the device camera settings are set to the highest resolution before taking the photo.
- Use good lighting conditions to enhance photo clarity.
- Ask users to hold the device steady while taking the photo.
- Consider using an external camera app to take higher-quality photos and then upload them through the form.
Let us know if you have any other questions.
