Sometimes I get the option to log out of my account and log into another, but on several occasions it doesn't let me log out and every time I log in it automatically starts the session.

    Hi Adrian,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Let me help you with that:

Unfortunately, it is not possible to stay logged in indefinitely on Jotform. For security reasons, the login session expires, and you will need to log back into your account after two hours. This might be why sometimes you don't see the option to log out, as the session management is automatic.

Keep in mind that all actions made on your account are saved instantly, so even if you are logged out automatically, your changes are recorded and can be recovered.

Give it a try and let us know how it goes.

    Hi Adrian,

Could you try clearing your browser cache to see if that helps? If the issue persists, try using a different browser to access your account and check if that fixes the issue.

Keep us updated and let us know if you need any more help.

    Good morning,

I've tried it on two different browsers and two different computers, and the same thing keeps happening.

I'll be waiting for your responses. Thank you

    Hi Adrian,

If you're still unable to log out and Jotform keeps auto-starting your session, this may be due to persistent cookies or saved login data in your browser. Can you also try to clear your browser's cookies and see how it goes? Also, try using incognito/private browsing window. If the same thing happens, share a quick screen recording of what’s happening so we can try to replicate it on our end. You can upload it to Google Drive, Dropbox, or record with Loom and send us the link.

Give it a try and let us know if you have any other questions.
