Jotform not sending update to Monday.com

    Hello,

    Our integration for the CWP - New Loan Submission form is setup to add an update when information is received in Monday.com but we have stopped getting the update. How can we get this fixed?

    How do we disconnect and reconnect the integration? Do I have to remove the integration all together?

    To disconnect and reconnect the Monday.com integration in Jotform without removing it completely, follow these steps:

    1. Go to My Forms and select your "CWP - New Loan Submission" form.
    2. Click on Settings at the top of the form builder.
    3. Navigate to Integrations on the left side menu.
    4. Find the Monday.com integration in the list of active integrations.
    5. Click on the integration to open its settings, then look for an option to disconnect or remove the connection (this usually involves revoking access or disconnecting the account).
    6. After disconnecting, reconnect by setting up the Monday.com integration again and authorizing the connection when prompted.

    This process refreshes the connection token and can resolve issues with updates not being sent.
