    Hi Office,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Let me help you with that:

If you have a required field that is causing a submission error stating that the field is incomplete, it usually means the field is not properly filled out or there might be a configuration issue.

Here’s how to ensure your required field is set correctly:

    1. Open your form in the Form Builder.
    2. Select the field that is causing the issue.
    3. Click on the Settings (gear) icon.
    4. Under the General tab, make sure the Required toggle is set to On.

If the field is already required and you are still getting the error, double-check that the input meets any specific validation rules set for that field.

Also, if you have any conditional logic or widgets related to that field, verify they are configured correctly as they might affect the submission.

Give it a try and let us know how it goes.

    Hi Office,

I checked the form, and can see that the field How many people are joining you is not set to required. Also, I cloned your form and set the field in question as required and tried to replicate the issue, but everything worked the way it should. Check out my results in the screencast below:

If you can send us a short screen recording of the steps you’re taking, it’ll help us pinpoint the issue. Loom, Google Drive, or Dropbox links all work fine. In the meantime, can you try clearing your form caches to see if the issue persists? Here's how:

    1. On your My Workspace page, click on your Avatar/Profile Image icon.

    2. In the dropdown menu, click on Settings.

    3. In the Settings menu, click on Clear Cache. And that's it, you're done.

Give it a try and let us know if you need any other help.

I went back in to remove one of the conditions and recently changed the required status. That might have resolved it.
    Thanks
