Good Day,
We have a form here:
https://aaspma.org/general-membership-meeting-10-15-25/We just had someone complete the form without choosing any payment options, all we received were the form results. As we have several payment levels, how can we make it so that payment is required, without mandating any one of the levels?
Thanks,
Bill

Hi Bill,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Let me help you with that:
To make payment required on your form without mandating a specific payment level, you can set the payment field as required. This way, the user must select one of the payment options before submitting the form, but they are not forced to choose a particular level.
Here’s how to do it:
- Open your form in the Form Builder.
- Locate the payment field with the different payment levels.
- Click on the payment field to open its properties.
- Enable the "Required" option for that payment field.
By doing this, the form will not submit unless a payment option is selected, ensuring payment is required without specifying a particular level.
Give it a try and let us know how it goes.
