Hello,
We need to update the primary account holder from joshua.beauvais@lynxeogroup.com to erica.jewett@lynxeogroup.com, but it is asking for a verification code sent to joshua.beauvais@lynxeogroup.com, but this email is not active anymore and no one can access the inbox.
Is there a way that you can manually transfer the account to erica.jewett@lynxeogroup.com without the verification code from the original email account?
