Subject: Issues after Jotform update

    Dear Support Team,

    since the latest update of the Jotform platform, we have been experiencing several issues with the use of our forms. In particular:

    • every time we make a change, the system automatically logs us out;
    • changes are not saved and we are forced to log in again and start over;
    • after a few login attempts, the system blocks access and displays the message “too many logins” (see attached screenshot);
    • several people work on the same form, but almost never simultaneously, so we believe this is not related to concurrent access.

    We kindly ask you to check the situation and provide us with a possible solution, as it is currently very difficult for us to continue our work.

    Hi Elisa,

    This login message shows when there are multiple rapid login attempts in a short period. I have flushed the login attempts for the Jotform account associated with the email address you used to reach us. In addition, I suggest clearing the cache and cookies of the browser you use most of the time before logging into the Jotform account again.
