Hello,
I thought this form may be under this profile but I don't see it. It's a critical company document. How can I go about recovering it?

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I understand that you're trying to recover a critical company document, but the link you shared shows a 404 Not Found error. This usually means the file was either deleted from our servers or it's not under the account you're currently logged into.
I've escalated this to our Review Team so they can investigate further and check whether the document can be recovered. We'll update you here on this thread as soon we hear back from them.
