Hi there! I'm Podo, a Jotform Support Specialist. I understand you're not receiving booking confirmation emails. To assist you better, could you please provide the email address where you expect to receive these notifications? Once I have that, I can check our system for any issues.

According to our logs, the emails were successfully sent to koot@ercoc.co.za. Please check your spam or junk folder. Consider whitelisting Jotform's sender email or domain to avoid future issues. Also, ensure your form's email fields and conditions are set up correctly. To prevent email bounce issues, please use valid, correctly formatted email addresses. Feel free to let me know if it’s still not working.

I have done all that before I contacted you. Still the problem remains.

Hi koot,
Since you have already checked the spam folder, whitelisted Jotform's sender email, and verified your form's email settings, the next step is to check if your email address is on Jotform's bounce list. Emails will stop being sent to addresses on this list.
Please go to your Account Settings and ensure your email is not on the bounce list. You can also review your email logs in the My Account page to see if the emails are being sent successfully from Jotform's side.
If everything seems fine there and the issue persists, it might be helpful to contact your email service provider to ensure they are not blocking or filtering Jotform emails.
Let me know if you need further assistance with these steps.

Hi koot_van,
Can you send us the link to the form that you're not receiving the Notification email? To ensure email deliverability, I suggest contacting your email service provider and request whitelisting Jotform IP Addresses and Domains in their web/email host. I also suggest setting up your own email address as the sender email by setting up SMTP. Let me walk you through it:
1. Go to the Settings page while logged in to your Jotform account and click on Add Sender Email in the Sender Emails section.
2. In the window that opens, select Custom and click on the Continue button.
3. Enter your email provider's details, click on Send Test Email to check if it’s set up correctly, and then click on Save.
Now you should select your custom SMTP in your email properties under email settings in Form Builder, and if you’re using Workflow Builder, do the same there. Check below to see how it looks in Form Builder:
And here’s how it looks in Workflow Builder:
If you want to use your own Gmail account, you can check out our guide on How to Use your Gmail account as your sender email via SMTP. If you want to use your own Microsoft account, you can check out our guide on How to Use Microsoft Outlook as the Sender Email via SMTP.
Give it a try and let us know how it goes.
