Monthly submission limit reached Image 1 Screenshot 20

Hello, my account shows that the submission limit has been reached. I deleted hundreds of records in the folder, but it still shows as full. What could be the reason? Can you help me check and resolve this?

    Hi wangye6216,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I checked your account and see that youv'e reached your account's monthly submission limit of 2,500. Note that this limit doesn't change if you delete your form submissions as its based to the number of submissions you received within your billing monthy.

Your monthly usage reset date is every 5th of each month which means that you'll be able to receive more submissions again by October 5th, 2025. You can easily check your account's monthly reset date in Jotform. Let me show you how:

    1. On your My Forms page, click on your Avatar/Profile Image on the top-right side of the page, and then click on Settings.

    2. Go to Usage in the menu on the left, and beside the Monthly Usage section, you’ll see your limit reset date.

    1. Log in to your Jotform account, go to the Pricing page, and click on Upgrade under the subscription plan you want.
