Reports: When a Report is downloaded, some pages are showing blank.

hello, when I try to download my report 2 pages show up blank. When editing report is there but when I download pages are blank

If your report pages show up blank when downloaded but appear correctly when editing, it might be related to how the report is being downloaded or a setting in the Report Builder.

Here’s how to properly download your visual report:

1. Go to your My Workspace page and filter to show only Reports by unchecking other asset types.
2. Select the Report you want to download.
3. In the Report Builder, click on Download at the upper-right corner to download your report.

Also, ensure that the print and download permissions are correctly set in the Report Builder under Publish > Settings > Options.

If the issue persists, it might be helpful to try downloading the report in a different browser or clearing your browser cache.

Can you share with us a screenshot of what you're getting when you download the Report? Let me show you How to Post a Screenshot to Our Help Center:

1. On the Help Center page, scroll down to the Your Answer section and click on the Image icon.

2. Drag and drop your image into the Upload box, or click on it and select your file.

3. Then, click on the Add button in the bottom-right corner of the window.

4. To resize it, click on your screenshot and then click on one of the boxes in the corners, and drag it inward.

5. Once you're finished, click on the Post Answer button at the bottom right of the Your Answer section.

Attached is the link that isnt downloading properly. when you preview it shows the full report but doesn't down the full report without the blank pages. 

In your screenshot can you please show me page 2 and 3. The page you screenshot show up for me as well. Its the two pages after the title page that isnt showing up.

I downloaded the link to the report you provided, and I was able to replicate the issue. Check out this screenshot below:

I cloned your form, created a report, and downloaded it, but it appears to be working as expected. Check out this screenshot below:

Can you try duplicating your report to see if that would resolve the issue? Let me show you how to do it:

1. On your Report Builder, in the tab that you see in the top-left corner of the page, click on the Three Dots icon.
2. Then, in the menu that opens, click on Duplicate.

Now that you have duplicated the report, you can try downloading it again to see if the issue is the same. If you experience the same issue, can we have your permission to access your account? Don’t worry, you can turn it off again once we’re done. Let me show you how to do it:

1. In the top-right corner of your My Workspace page, click on your Avatar/Profile Image icon.

2. In the Dropdown menu that opens, click on Settings.

3. Next, in the panel on the left, click on the Security tab.

4. If you haven’t opened your Security page in a while, it’ll ask you to verify. To do that, click on Send Verification Code.

5. Then, enter the Verification Code you receive in your email.

6. Finally, at the bottom of the page, toggle the Jotform Support Access to the On position.
