How to Find Clients’ Submitted Information

    If a client fills out a form and submits it. Where does the information go??

    When a client fills out and submits a form, the information they provide is sent back to you as the form owner. You can view all the submissions received through your form in Jotform Tables. This is where all the data collected from your form submissions is stored and organized for you to access easily.

    Hi Dylan,

    When a client fills out and submits your form, the information is sent directly to your Jotform account, particularly in Jotform Tables. You can view your form submissions from your Jotform Submissions Table in just a few easy steps. Let me show you how:

    1. On your My Workspace page, check the box next to the form you want to view submissions for.
    2. Then, in the menu on the upper-left side of the page, click on Submissions to see all the submissions for that form in your Tables.

    Additionally, if you’ve also set up email notifications, a copy of the submission will automatically be sent to your email inbox so you never miss a response.

    You can easily Set Up a Notification Email, so that you'll get an email after someone fills out your form. Let me show you how:

    1. In Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar at the top of the page, click on Settings.

    2. In the menu on the left side of the page, click on Emails.

    3. Now, click on Add Email

    4. In the list that comes up, select Notification Email.

    5. In the center of the next window, click on the Recipients tab.

    6. Now, just enter your email address into the Recipient Email field, and click on Save. That's it, you're done.
