How i can retrieve it... I cannot able to access my forms

Hi Rosh,
If you are unable to access your forms, please check if you have applied any filters in your Workspace that might be hiding your assets. Here’s how to do it:
- Go to your Workspace in Jotform.
- Click on the Type button located on the right side of the page, near the +Create button.
- Select all assets or the specific assets you want to see.
The list will update based on your selection, which should help you retrieve access to your forms.
Give it a try and let us know how it goes.

I cannot able to access through jotform link ( company link)
it shpwing that your access is blocked , let me know the reason and retrieve my access

A screenshot or recording of what’s happening would help us figure this out. You can use Loom or upload to Google Drive or Dropbox, then send us the link.
