Hello,
My invitees are not able to view form and sign up. Are you able to assist?

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Let me help you with that:
If your invitees are unable to view and sign up on the form, it might be due to the form's access settings. Jotform allows you to set your form access as Public, Private, or Company Access.
Public forms are accessible to anyone with the form link and do not require login.
Private forms restrict access to only invited users whose email addresses are added in the Invite by Email field, and these users must log in with a Jotform account.
Company Access restricts the form to Jotform users registered with your organization's email domain.
If you want your invitees to fill out the form without needing to log in, you should set the form access to Public.

Can you send us the link to the form you're referring to for us to investigate it on our end? Also, can you take a screenshot of what’s happening and send it to us? We’ve got a quick guide on how to do that here.
