Nonprofit Officer Transition – Issues Accessing and Managing Jotform Account

Hello we have had transition of officers in our non profit and continue to have problems navigating the Jotform with the new officers. I have reached out to customer support to no avail and believe we need a new account. Perhaps, just to start all over.

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I understand that with the transition of officers in your nonprofit, there have been difficulties navigating Jotform and concerns about starting fresh with a new account.
Unfortunately, it is not possible to transfer an entire Jotform account to another user or merge accounts. However, you can change the email address associated with your current account. This will transfer ownership of the account and all submission data to the new email address, but the old email will no longer have access.
If changing the account email is not what you want, you can also transfer individual forms along with their submission data to another Jotform account. This might help your new officers manage the forms more easily without starting completely over.
