Hi Pooja,
The feature you are referring to is the Anti-Spam CAPTCHA. This CAPTCHA is automatically triggered when the system detects unusual activity from specific IP addresses. If users are sharing an IP address, this could be a possible reason for the CAPTCHA to appear. We can whitelist your account to disable this feature, but it is only applicable if you are on a paid account. This whitelist will be applied to all of your forms. Also, once your account is whitelisted, the form will no longer show the CAPTCHA even in the case of an actual spam attack.
