    Good morning,

Am I able to limit the number of responses in a multiple choice form? For example, I want people to help out on Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday but I only want 6 people on each day. Is there a way to block the Monday option once 6 people have selected it? Otherwise I find that 20 people help on Monday and only 2 on Tuesday etc

    Regards

    Tanya

    Hi Tanya,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I'm afraid it is not possible to limit the number of times an answer is selected in the Multiple Choice field. What you can do is use the Inventory Widget. You can easily set a limit for each option using our Inventory widget. Let me show you how to set it up:

    1. In Form Builder, click on the Add Form Element menu on the left side of the page.

    2. Click on the Widgets tab, search for Inventory, and click on it to add it to your form.

    3. Click on the Inventory widget field, then click on the Wand icon to open its settings.

    4. In the menu on the left side of the page, under the Available Quantity section, enter your limit.
