Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. When I cloned and tested your form, the same thing happened for me. After investigating it a bit, I found that your payment widget no longer exists on your form. Have you removed your payment widget on your form? If so, can you re-add it again for us to see if we can replicate the issue on your form?

Hi Pookiespetacademy,
I've cleared your form caches; your forms are now refreshed. Can you clear your web-browser caches and then try again using Google Chrome's incognito mode? When I accessed your Sign Form in the Google Chrome web-browser, I could not replicate an issue. I was able to see the PayPal Checkout option at the final stage of your form. Let me share the screenshot below:
Can you ask your form fillers to clear their web-browser caches, then try again? If the issue persists, then can you run a test and share with us the screencast's public link using Loom or Google Drive? So, we can look into this again?
