Hi,
I just set up an email address through SMTP and it’s working fine.
I want to know, as I can change the email sender name, can I change the avatar too?
the original email has an avatar but it doesn’t appear on the autoresponder emails through JotForm

Currently, Jotform does not support changing or displaying the email sender's avatar in autoresponder emails sent through the SMTP setup. While you can change the sender name, the avatar associated with the original email address will not appear in the autoresponder emails.

Hi add_Enterprise,
When you send autoresponder emails through Jotform using your SMTP setup, the avatar that appears is not controlled by Jotform. Instead, the email will display the avatar that is associated with the sender email account you connected. This means the image shown to your recipients depends entirely on what avatar is set up with your email provider for example, Gmail, Outlook, or through services like Gravatar. Take a look at the screenshot below to see how it works:
