How to Add Colleagues to View Form's Submissions and Reports

    Good Morning,

    I would like to add my colleagues to my jotform platform so they are able to view the reports as well. How do I go about doing this?

    Hi Adam,

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. You can easily share your Jotform Tables with others using the Share button. Let me show you how:

    1. On your Jotform Submissions Table, click on the Share button on the top-right side of the page.

    2. Click on Share Settings and set your Table’s privacy options.

    3. Now, click on Go Back in the top-right corner of the panel and use the Generated Link or the Invite by Email feature to invite people.

    You can easily revoke the invites you’ve sent to others. Let me walk you through it:

    1. While in Tables, click on the Share button to open Share Table.

    2. Now, click on the avatars/icons of the people you invited next to the Shared with section.

    3. Select the users that you want to revoke the access to by checking the boxes on the left, and click on Revoke.

    4. Then, click on the Yes, Delete button. That’s it, you’re done.

    You can also share your Jotform inbox using Share Settings, so other people can easily edit the submissions on the Inbox page. Let me show you how to set that up:

    1. In Jotform Inbox, click on the Share button on the top-right side of the page.

    2. In the Share This Inbox window, click on Settings.

    3. Scroll down the list and click on Collaborator in the Permissions section, and then click on Go Back.

    4. In the Share This Inbox window, click on Create Link to share your Inbox page by sending the link, or use the Invite By Email option.

    Thank you for your reply.  I was able to send my colleagues the submission reports.


    Will my colleagues have access to the submissions in real-time or will I have to send them each time a form is submitted?  I need my team to have administrative access so they don't have to wait to receive any newly submitted report. 

    I'd really like to add my colleagues to my account but am unsure how. I've looked into creating a jotform team but have been getting stuck in the process. What are your thoughts?

    Hi Adam,

    Yes, your colleagues will access the submissions in real-time, which means they'll be able to see new submissions automatically.

    As for adding members to a team, unfortunately, it's only available on Jotform Enterprise.     Great, thanks.

    The Enterprise Sales Contact Request form does not allow me to put in my personal email account. I do not have a business email account, as my personal email is the one I use for this purpose. I'd appreciate your support with this. Thank you.
