I can't find the form I use to get briefing from my client

Hello there,

My name is Fernanda and I'm a graphic designr.

My usual branding development process includes sending a form I created using Jotform to get information and expectation from my clients (briefing). I've been using this same form for almost a year now.

Last month, I closed a new deal, meaning a new project would start. My client already answered the form but when I logged to my usual account, the form wasn't there and the systems suggested me to create my first form. I don't know what happened but I really need to find my form and most important the replies!!!

Thanks for your reply. Since you have the form submission link, you can try the following to locate your form:

1. Go to your My Workspace page on Jotform: https://www.jotform.com/workspace/

2. On that page, click on Type at the top and in the dropdown menu, uncheck all boxes except Forms. This will filter the view to show only your forms.

3. Also, check the Archive and Trash folders on the lower left side of the My Workspace page in case the form was accidentally archived or deleted.

If you still cannot find the form, please let us know, and we can explore other options to help recover it.

I've already tried it and the system says "you don't have anything here yet"

If you see the message "you don't have anything here yet" in your My Workspace, it means that your account currently does not have any forms or assets associated with it. This could happen if you are logged into a different account than the one where your form was originally created.

Please double-check that you are logging in with the correct email address and account credentials that you used to create the form. Sometimes users have multiple Jotform accounts and the form might be under a different one.

If you are certain you are using the correct account and still cannot find your form, please let us know, and we can explore other options to help recover your form and submissions.

I was able to locate the form link you have provided, and it belonged to the account fe*n*n*al*n*p@g**il.c*m. If you're familiar with that account, you can log in to it or contact the owner to access it.
