Account Reactivation to Delete Gmail Agent Connection

    Hello,

    I need to restore my account or just figure out how to stop Jotform Gmail Agent from continuing in my gmail account (which I can't seem to do without having an account with you). Please help!! I hate my inbox now - it's all clogged with auto-generated responses, and it's impossible to read the longer threads! Thanks for any help!

    Hi Emma,

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I checked your account, and it is showing as deleted. Since you deleted your account, it will stay in our system for 30 days before everything is fully removed. The reason why your email is still creating drafts is that your AI Agent is still linked to the Gmail Agent with your Gmail and stays active.

    To disconnect your account from Gmail Agent, I have reactivated your Jotform account so you can access your account to do it. Let me show you how:

    1. In AI Agent Builder, in the blue navigation bar on the top, click Publish.

    2. Click on Gmail Agent on the left side of the page.

    3. Under the Connected Account section, click on the Three Dots icon.

    4. Next, click on Disconnect Account from the option.

    5. Now click on the Disconnect button on the popup modal.
