I sell 4 items on a website using Jotform with Paypal pay window.

I have a base price for each item, but want to offer a discount on additional quantities of same ite.m.

AI helped me get close to walking me through adding a number field to my Jotform which, as I understand, is to hold a total price reached with a conditional formula for discounting. However, when in the window to create the calculation I got an error and AI couldn't get me by it.

What is the quickest, easiest way you can show me to allow discount pricing for additional quantities of each of my 4 items? Example $50 for 1 item and $40 for each one after that?

Thank you so much ! - Glen

    Hi Glen,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I'll be happy to assist you with this.

I can definitely help you get set up with a conditional discounting formula. Here are the steps to get that done:

    1. In Form Builder, click on your Product List field and then click on the Shopping Cart icon on the right side of it.
    2. Now, in the Product List window on the right side of the page, hover your mouse over your product and then click on the Pencil icon on the right side of it.
    3. Then, in the Product Settings window, under the Options tab, click on Add on the right side of Add a Quantity Selector.
    4. In the Quantity Selector section, click on the Show Quantity On the Form As Dropdown menu and select Dropdown.
    5. Now, depending on the product item you’re setting up, you can change the default Quantity Selector’s label and the minimum and maximum range of its options.
    6. Then, toggle On the Special Pricing Per Quantity to allow the separate pricing per quantity option.
    7. In the table that comes up at the bottom, enter an amount next to each quantity option to set its custom price.
    8. Once you’ve set the prices, click on Save Quantity at the bottom.
