Is it necessary to have the authentications each time we log in? We have more than one user.

In standard Jotform plans (Starter, Bronze, Silver, Gold), each account has only one login credential, so each user needs to authenticate each time they log in. If you have multiple users and want them to access the same account without repeated authentications, you might consider upgrading to Jotform Enterprise. Enterprise accounts allow multiple users on your team with full control and visibility over actions taken by each member.
Alternatively, you can use the Form Collaboration feature, which lets multiple team members work on the same form simultaneously. For sharing submission data, Jotform Tables also allows you to share and collaborate with your team.
