Driving Distance widget isn't working

Hi - The 2026 MSEA expense voucher is not accepting addresses in the trip mileage calculator. It is also not letting me manually enter mileage. Please see attached screenshot. Thanks

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. When I cloned and tested your form, the same thing happened for me. After investigating it a bit, I found that removing and re-adding the Driving Distance widget resolved the issue. Check out the screencast to see my result:
