Cannot do a reset password

    I reset my password but haven´t recived instructions o reset email.

    Hi Antonio,

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I checked your email address and it is only connected to a Guest account. Guest accounts are temporary accounts with one-time login only so you won't be able to receive a reset password email. You can use the same email address of your Guest account to create a Starter account. To create a new account, you can go to this link.

    If you're referring to another account, can you share with us either the email address, username, or a link to the form that you've made using the account?
