    Hi forms448,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Let me help you with that:

To ensure all the fields you fill in your form submissions are visible in the backend (Inbox), please follow these steps:

    1. Go to your Workspace and select your form.
    2. Click on the Inbox button on the right side of the page.
    3. In Inbox, click the three dots icon at the tab named Inbox and select Inbox Settings.
    4. In Inbox Settings, go to the Fields tab and uncheck the option "Hide empty form fields".
    5. Also, make sure to check the checkboxes for the fields you want to show in the Show/Hide Fields section.

This will make sure that all fields, including those that might be empty, are shown in your submission view.

    Hi forms448,

When exporting your submissions to Excel, if not all fields are showing, please make sure you are downloading the full submission data from Jotform Tables by following these steps:

    1. Go to Jotform Tables for your form.
    2. Click on the Download All button located at the upper-right corner.
    3. Select Excel as the file format to start the download.

This will download all submission data including all fields. If you have applied any filters or selected specific entries, only those will be included in the export, so ensure no filters are limiting the data.

Give it a try and let us know how it goes.

    Hi forms448,

To order the fields in Jotform Tables exactly as they appear in your form layout, you can reset the table columns to their default view, which synchronizes the labels and order of the fields with the Form Builder. Here’s how to do it:

    1. Open Jotform Tables for your form.
    2. Click the Three Dots icon next to the tab name of the table you want to reset.
    3. Select "Reset columns to default" from the menu.
    4. In the confirmation modal, click the Reset to default button.

This will revert all columns to their original position and name, matching your form layout. Note that any custom columns you added will be moved to the end of the table.
