Is it possible to get access to the account rather than set a new one up from scratch?

Stanley House Hotel and Spa did have a paid account which has lapsed and we would like to reactivate. However we do not have log in details anymore or know whose email the account was linked to (they will likely have left the business and email account no longer active). Is it possible to get access to the account rather than set a new one up from scratch? Any assistance would be appreciated.
