Hello, I am making a Swimwear Pre-Order form for my Surf Club. I need to know quantities and sizes for each product.
I have 4 Categories with 3 Products in each:
Girls
- 1 Piece
- 2 Piece
- Jammers
Boys
- Jammers
- Togs
- Boardies
Ladies
- 1 Piece
- 2 Piece
- Jammers
Mens
- Jammers
- Togs
- Boardies
Each of these product has a size option. I anticipate that members will want to order multiple of the same products but in different sizes. I have created sub-products as all the threads suggest, however, since 0 quantity options have been disabled there is no way for customers to select the same product in different sizes without selecting all of them.
As you can see in the screenshot, I have selected both the sub category option for the 1 piece and not for the 2 piece to demonstrate that neither options work. Do I need to create more products to accomodate every size option.
As mentioned I highly anticipate members will make orders with multiple of the same product in different sizes, for example:
Girls 2 Piece
Size 6 Quantity 2
Size 10 Quantity 1
Boys Boardshorts
Size 12 Quantity 3
Size 14 Quantity 1
Can I get some help with this please?

Hi rosiecopping,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I checked and can see that you were able to use the Sub Products feature in the Form Builder. Keep in mind that it's not necessary to select a quantity for all sizes when a product is selected. Once you enter a quantity for the selected product, the error should no longer appear. If that's not what you're looking for, can you explain exactly what you’d like to do so we’re on the same page?
Reach out again if you need any other help.
