We have a userid, SCHForms, whose password needs to be reset because it hit the 90 day limit. We clicked on the Forgot Password link and it says that reset instructions have been sent. However, we are not sure which email this would have gone to. Is there a way to figure out which email address SCHForms is associated with?

Hi Robert,
The account you are referring to is associated with the email address **M***@***m*i*.**m. If you recognize this email address, then you can reset the password. If not, then you'll have to contact the account owner so, they can reset the password. Resetting your Jotform account password is easy to do. Let me walk you through it:
1. Go to the Jotform Main page and click on Login at the top-right corner of the page.
2. In the window that opens, click on Forgot Password?.
3. Enter your email address, and then click on Send Reset Instructions.
4. You'll receive an email with instructions on how to reset your password. Open the email and click on the Reset Password button.
5. Enter your new password, enter it again to verify it, and then click on Create a New Password. That's it.
