Integration with a Learning Management System

I'm creating an online course using Jotforms with the student to answer questions about content provided in the course. I'm using Zapier to help transfer content from one form to another.

I anticipate this course will end up requiring an Enterprise level subscription, once completed.

I'm looking for expertise to help me identify the Learning Management System (LMS) that would be best to host the course videos, integrate with Jotform, Zapier and Google folders, including pdf reports from Jotform.

You can set up subfolders for each submission and customize folder names to keep your files organized.

Here’s how to set up Google Drive integration with your form:

1. Go to the Settings tab in your Form Builder.
2. Select Integrations on the left panel.
3. Search for and click Google Drive.
4. Authorize your Google Drive account and configure the integration settings such as folder name, subfolders, and PDF uploads.
5. Save the integration to complete the setup.

This setup works well with Zapier to automate workflows between your forms and other platforms. For hosting videos specifically, you might consider a dedicated Learning Management System (LMS) that supports video hosting and integrates with Zapier and Google Drive. In addition to our Podo AI Agent response, if you are to add course videos to your form, you can use our iFrame Embed widget. Let me show you how to set it up:

1. In Form Builder, click on the Add Element menu on the left side of the screen.
2. Click on the Widgets tab, search for iFrame Embed and drag and drop it to your form.
3. In the menu on the right, under the General tab, paste the Frame URL of your video and click on Update.
4. Next to the Iframe Embed widget, click on the Gear icon and change the Height option as you want.
