I have been trying to add teh stripe connector two days now and ,after I complete the Stripe account verification, the circle just spins for hours and nothing happens (see picture).
I have reached out to stripe customer service and the issue is on Jotform not them. -

Hi Julius,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Let me help you with that:
It seems you are experiencing an issue where the Stripe connector spins indefinitely after completing the Stripe account verification. This can sometimes happen due to connection or configuration issues on the Jotform side.
Here’s how to properly set up the Stripe integration with reusable payment connections to avoid this issue:
- In Form Builder, click Add Element and go to the Payments tab.
- Select Stripe and add it to your form.
- Click the Plug icon next to the Stripe label in Payment Properties to open Payment Connection settings.
- Choose the Mode (Test Mode for sandbox or Live Mode for your active Stripe account).
- Enter a Connection Name for easy management.
- Click Connect with Stripe and complete the Stripe account verification.
- Save the connection and configure other options as needed (Payment Type, Currency, etc.).
If the spinning circle persists after these steps, try clearing your browser cache or using a different browser. Also, ensure your Stripe account is fully verified and active.
If the issue continues, please let us know so we can investigate further.
Give it a try and let us know how it goes.

Hi Julius,
Thanks for your update. Since the usual troubleshooting steps did not resolve the issue with the Stripe connector spinning after account verification, this may be related to a deeper connection or authentication problem on Jotform's side.
Common Stripe payment errors include invalid account or authentication-required errors, which might cause connection issues. Please ensure your Stripe account is fully verified and active, and that no restrictions or authentication requirements are pending on your Stripe dashboard.
Meanwhile, you might try the following additional steps:
- Clear your browser cache and cookies or try a different browser to rule out browser-related issues.
- Disable any browser extensions that might interfere with the connection process.
- Check your internet connection for stability during the connection process.
If these steps still do not resolve the issue, please provide any error messages or logs you see, and we will escalate this for further investigation.

Hi Julius,
Can you try adding your Stripe gateway here? If you're still having an issue with the spinning circle, you can share the browser's console log report while the issue is happening. How to Get a Console Report from Most Common Browsers. A screenshot or recording of what’s happening would help us figure this out. You can use Loom or upload to Google Drive or Dropbox, then send us the link. We’ve also got a guide explaining how to send us a screenshot.
After we hear back from you, we’ll know what’s going on and how to help.
