My form became a workflow.

I have a few forms I have been using for a long time. One was tittled "Employment application-ocala" and I noticed that it now says its a workflow. When I click it to go in and see the submissions it states I don't have access. 1) I don't know how it got changed from a form to a workflow 2) I dont; know why I dont have access to it.

I understand you're concerned about an unexpected change to a form you've been using for awhile. Specifically the form titled "Employment Application - Ocala" and it seemed to also been converted into a workflow when it was originally a form.

After doing some digging into your account on our end, I am noticing a few things:

First, the form you're referring to Employment Application - Ocala (Form ID: 232054754375155), which was created back in 2023, shows that it was deleted by user, which means it was deleted by either you or someone who was logged into the account. Fortunately since the form was deleted as recently as 9/22, it should still be found in your Trash from which you may still possibly restore it by following the steps below:

1. On your My Workspace page, click on the Trash tab on the bottom-left side of the screen.
2. Now, click on Type at the top of the page, and in the Dropdown menu that opens, uncheck the boxes next to all the assets except Forms, so only they’ll be shown on the page.

1. Then, hover your mouse over the form you want to restore, and then click on Restore on the right side of the page.

Now for the Workflow you're referring to titled Workflow: Employment Application - Ocala. This looks to be a Workflow that was created back in 2024, so the form you're referring to above doesn't look to have been converted into a workflow in this case.
