I can't log into my account or reset password

    I can't access my account because it says the password is incorrect. I tried resetting it and I never received an email. My account is under info@922.design, which I have package under but it keeps trying to make me sign up under brandanpowell.design@gmail.com which is a free account and doesnt have any of my forms.

    Hi Brandan,

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I checked your account and saw that your email address info@922.design was in our bounce list, which was preventing emails like the password reset from being delivered. I’ve now removed it from the bounce list, so you should be able to receive emails from Jotform normally.

    Please try resetting your password again from the Forgot Password page. If you don’t see the email in your inbox, be sure to also check your spam or junk folder.
