Our clients are unable to sign the jotforms when they access them on their mobile, this means a lot of our clients do not use the forms at all. Is there a way to rectify this?
Thank you,

Hi Brookfield12,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Can you share with us the form URL so we can check it on our end? You can easily find your form's URL in Form Builder. Let me show you how:
- In Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar at the top of the page, click on Publish.
- In the Quick Share tab, click on Copy Link in the Share With Link section.
Can you also snap a screenshot and share it with us so we can take a closer look at what the users are seeing when viewing the form on mobile? Just follow our guide on How to Post Screenshots to Our Help Center to learn how.
Once we hear back from you, we'll be able to help you with this.

Hi Brookefield12,
Thanks for sending your forms over.
After cloning your 2nd form (MPC hospital intake form 202337321956151), I was able to test it using a mobile device (iPhone). I noticed that the signature field on the last page of the form was off to the side, which may be what is causing the confusion here.
Have you been able to replicate the same issue as your customers since you've been notified of this issue?
In addition, after playing around with the cloned version of the form and changing the "Label Alignment" setting on the Signature Element from "TOP" to "LEFT", I was able to get the signature field centered properly on the page on mobile. You can find my screenshot attached to see what I'm referring to:
Would you mind giving that a try on your form and getting back to me to see if it helped?

Thank you for this, so do you think this will resolve the issue or do we need to do something else as well?
Thank you,

Good morning! Thanks for reaching back out.
If you were able to test my suggestion regarding the alignment of the signature field on mobile and find that it works, I don't believe there would be any additional changes that need to be made.
I might suggest doing some tests on multiple mobile devices such as iPads/tablets as well as different sized smart phones to ensure that the user experience is smooth for each user.
Other than that, I think you're good to go!

Hi Brookefield12,
Thanks for following up.
I did not. I only made the changes in the cloned version of your form that I created to keep your forms intact.
So as of now, your forms are unchanged.
To make the changes I suggested, you can do so easily by accessing the Properties of the Signature Element and finding the Label Alignment options and setting it to LEFT instead of TOP (which is your current setting):
Hope that helps!
