My Archived forms were suddenly deleted

The archived consumer return file has been deleted from Jan 1, 2025- June 2025.

We never delete that file because we know this will enable vendors to access the link.

Can you figure out who and why those files would have been deleted, and if possible, to reactivate them back into to the archive tab.

Unfortunately, we don’t have direct access to your Archive tab, so we can’t see who deleted your files or restore them for you. But you can check if the form is still recoverable from your Trash folder. Let me show you how:

1. On your My Workspace page, click on the Trash tab in your left-side menu.
2. In the Trash section, select the form you are looking for by ticking the checkbox beside it.
3. After selecting the form, click on Restore located on the right side of the selected form.

If you don’t see it in the Trash, you can also trace who may have deleted the form by checking your History logs:

1. On your My Workspace page, click on your avatar/profile picture located at the upper-right side of your page.
2. In the dropdown, click on Settings. You will then be redirected to the Settings page.
3. Now, go to the History tab in your left-side menu.
4. Next, in the History section, click the button dropdown and scroll down to the Forms.
5. After clicking the Forms, select the Form Deletions in the sub-dropdown.
6. To show all records, click the next button dropdown and select All time. It will then show all the records of form deletion.
