I already cleared for cache but still showing over quota.

    Hi Jotform Support,

    I have deleted old submissions and cleared the form cache but it's still giving me the warning in the title.


    Can you please assist to get me form working?

    Hi Alicia,

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I’ve checked your website and your form, and everything seems normal. I also checked your account limits, and right now you shouldn’t have any issues with them. Clearing form caches might take some time to reflect changes on your form, so that might be the reason you’re seeing the error. As an extra step, I went ahead and cleared the form caches from our side as well.
