Asking About Uploading an Image to the Form.

Thanks for reaching out to us for help. We have a File Upload element that makes it simple for users to attach files when filling out a form. Let me show you how to add it:

1. Open your form in Form Builder and click on Add Element on the upper-left side of the screen.
2. Under the Basic tab, scroll down to the Field Upload element and click on it to add it to your form.

You can also specify which File Types your responders can upload. To do that:

1. Click on the File Upload field, and then click on the Gear icon to open File Upload Properties.
2. In the menu on the right side of the page click on the Options tab.
3. In the File Types section, remove unwanted file types and add the ones you want respondents to upload.

You can also check out our How to Create File Upload Forms guide for more information. On the other hand, if you want to display an image to your form, here's how you can do that:

1. In Form Builder, click on Add Element on the left side of the page
2. Now, in the Form Elements menu, under the Basic tab, click on Image. Or, just drag and then drop it to where you want it to be on your form.
3. Then, under General tab of the Image Properties window that opens on the right side of the page, click on Choose a File.
4. Upload the image in your preferred method and you're done.
