Changes made on form are not being published

I've tried publishing amendments for forms and despite everything I do, the changes are not visible.

For example I added a microchip dot point here.

By default, all changes you made in your form will be automatically saved. I reviewed the revision history of your form and found that there are 6 changes made on September 21, 2025. A screen recording would help us see exactly what’s happening. You can use Loom or upload to Google Drive/Dropbox, then send us the link.
