We have been getting a reoccurring error message showing when trying to access our tables, etc. Often we need to wait 1/2 - 1hr before we can get back in.See below. Could you please advise how we can rectify the problem?

Hi Lauren,
Thanks for reaching out to us for help. I'm an AI assistant. I'll do my best to help you until someone from the support team is available.
It looks like you are encountering a "Too Many Requests" error message when trying to log in to your Jotform tables, which causes a delay of about 30 minutes to 1 hour before you can access your account again.
This error typically happens when there are too many login attempts or requests in a short period of time, which triggers a temporary block to protect the system from overload or abuse.
Here’s how to address this issue:
Wait for a cooldown period: Usually, the system will automatically lift the block after some time, which seems to be what you are experiencing.
Limit rapid repeated login attempts: Avoid multiple quick login attempts or refreshing the page repeatedly, as this can trigger the error.
Check your network or IP address: If multiple users are logging in from the same network or IP address, it may cause this error. Try switching to a different network or restarting your router.
Clear browser cache and cookies: Sometimes stale data can cause login issues, so clearing your browser cache and cookies might help.
Use a single login method: Stick to one login method (e.g., Google, Microsoft, or direct email/password) rather than switching between them rapidly.
If the problem persists beyond these steps or happens frequently, it may be worth checking the Jotform status page at https://status.jotform.com to see if there are any ongoing server issues.
Give it a try and let us know how it goes.
