Completed form PDF not attached to the Email Notification

    When I received completed forms, it used to come with a pdf attachment that I can print out. I am no longer getting the attached pdf form when I received when someone completes the registration. How can I fix that?

    Let me help you with that:

    If you are no longer receiving PDF attachments of completed forms in your email notifications, it is likely that the PDF attachment option in your notification email settings is disabled.

    Here’s how to fix it:

    1. Open your form in the Form Builder.
    2. Go to Settings and then select Emails.
    3. Edit the Notification Email that you receive when someone submits the form.
    4. Scroll down to the Advanced tab within the email settings.
    5. Enable the option to attach PDF of the submission to the email.
    6. Save your changes.

    After doing this, you should start receiving the completed form as a PDF attachment again with your email notifications.

    Hi gicnymedia,

    Are you referring to the VOGUE (Vessels of Glory unto Excellence) Conference 2025 form? If yes, when I cloned and tested your form, everything worked the way it was supposed to. Take a look at the screencast below to see my results:

    Can you go ahead and try to delete and re-add a new Notification Email, then enable the PDF attachment to see if this will resolve the issue? Let me first show you how to delete a Notification Email: 

    1. In Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar at the top of the page, click on Settings.

    2. In the menu on the left side of the page, click on Emails.

    3. On the right side of the Notification field, click on the Trash Can icon, and delete the existing Notification Email.

    1. While you're still under the Emails tab on the left side of the page in Form Builder, click on Add Email.

    4. Now, just click on Save and you're done.
