Hi Nagesh,
Thanks for reaching out to us for help. I'm an AI assistant. I'll do my best to help you until someone from the support team is available.
To check and remove integrations from your form, follow these steps:
- Open your form in Form Builder.
- Click on Settings in the top orange navigation bar.
- Select Integrations from the menu on the left side.
- Find the integration you want to remove (for example, Google Sheets) and click on it.
- Click Remove Integration and confirm by clicking Yes, Remove!
After removing the integrations, you can transfer the form to a different account with the submission data intact.
Note that transferring ownership of the entire Jotform account is not possible, but you can transfer individual forms to another account.
Give it a try and let us know how it goes.

Hi Nagesh,
To check which integrations your form is connected to, open your form in Form Builder and go to the Settings tab. Then, select Integrations from the left menu. Here, you will see a list of all integrations available for your form. The ones that are currently connected will be shown as active or highlighted.
You can click on each integration to see more details or to remove it if needed.
This way, you can identify all active integrations before transferring your form to another account.

Hi Nagesh,
If your form shows an error saying it cannot be transferred because it is connected to Jotform, even though you don't see any integrations ticked, this usually means there is an active connection that is not listed under the standard integrations.
Some possible reasons include:
- The form is connected to payment gateways or other services that are considered integrations but may not appear in the integrations list.
- There might be a reusable connection enabled that is causing this restriction.
- Sometimes, hidden or legacy integrations can cause this issue.
To resolve this, try the following:
- Double-check any payment integrations or connected services on your form and remove them if possible.
- Disconnect and reconnect any integrations you suspect might be causing the issue.
- If you still cannot transfer the form, consider cloning the form and transferring the clone, which will not carry over the integrations.
If the issue persists, please provide more details about the integrations or connections your form might have.

Hi Nagesh,
I checked your form and can see that there is no Integration and Workflow connected to it. You should now be able to transfer the form. If you're still having issues transferring the form, can you share a quick screen recording of what’s happening so we can try to replicate it on our end? You can upload it to Google Drive, Dropbox, or record with Loom and send us the link.
Once we hear back from you, we'll be able to move forward with a solution.

Hi Nagesh,
In addition to my response above, I checked your form again and can see that it is linked to your Jotform App. This is the reason you can't transfer the form. You will need to disconnect your form to you Jotform App. Let me show you how:
- In App Builder, click on the Form element.
- Click on the Trash icon.
That's it. You can now transfer your form to the other account.
Give it a try and let us know how it goes.
