Hello!
I'm having trouble getting this form to successfully add up each section of my symptom scorecard correctly. Every time I test it, the numbers don't add up correctly.
I need someone to help show me how to do one section and then I'd be happy to continue with the rest of the sections.
My goal is to have the client rate their symptoms on a scale of 0-5 using radio buttons for each column as a different value, then it should add up to calculate in the form calculation widget at the end. Then I want all the sub category widgets to add together for a total symptom score. I tried so many ways but I'm stuck. Could you help me?

Hi Becky,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. To sum the values of your Input table using the Form Calculation widget, here's how:
1. In your Form Calculation widget, click its Wand icon.
2. On its Settings, click on Add Field button.
3. Search and select your Input Table.
4. Check all Tick Boxes to add the Input Tables Categories, and then click on Done at the bottom.
After adding the categories, add the addition symbol/function next to the categories.
5. Click on the Category, and then click on the + symbol on the Calculator. Repeat the process on adding the + symbol on each category. Note, do not add the + symbol on the Last Category.
6. Once done, click on Save at the bottom-right.
If you want to calculate the overall results of each Input Tables, here's how:
7. In your Total MC Score, just add the + symbol on each Category. Note, do not add the + symbol on the Last Category.
Let us know if you have any other questions.
